At 1216 hours, the Union Fire Company No. 1 was alerted for an Auto Accident on the Route 1 Bypass southbound at Route 272 in West Nottingham Township.
Ambulance 21-2 arrived to find a multi-vehicle crash with all subjects out and walking around.
Rescue 21 staged south of the scene and the crew secured all hazards from the vehicles involved.
Deputy 21, Chris Obenchain, established the "Route 1 Command".
After further investigation, it was determined that the crash was involving 2 cars, a dump truck, a tractor trailer hauling a house, and a loaded horse trailer.
There were no injuries reported as the EMS crew obtained Patient Refusals.
Fire Police were set-up around the scene to handle the massive traffic congestion that was caused by the crash.
The final units cleared the scene at 1252 hours. |
