Box 2103

On Friday evening, the Union Fire Company No. 1 was alerted for a vehicle fire near the intersection of Waterway Rd and Fifth St in East Nottingham Township.

Engine 21-2 (Capt Slauch) made the response with a crew of 5 and arrived to find a vehicle well off. The crew deployed the bumper line to quickly extinguish the fire.

At the same time this incident was going on, Engine 21-1 and Ladder 21 also handled a Fire Alarm in the district.

Thank you to Station 21 Fire Police for closing down the road during the incident.
