On a hot Monday morning the company assisted the West Grove Fire Company (Chester County 22) on a structure fire at a mushroom facility in New London Township. Ladder 21 was "1st arriving special" and positioned on the A side of the building. Crews had to wait for PECO Energy to arrive before fully extinguishing the fire due to live power lines down on the metal roof. Union Fire Company crews assisted West Grove laddering the building and performing overhaul.
