Rescue and Ambulance 21 from the Midtown Fire Station responded to assist Rising Sun on a crash involving a tractor trailer and a passenger car at the intersection of Northeast Road and Telegraph Road. Ambulance 21’s crew provided patient care and transported one patient. Rescue 21’s crew assisted with patient extrication from the cab of tractor trailer utilizing hydraulic tools and a sawzall. Two members from Rescue 21 also stood by with a charged hoseline for protection.
