Rescue Box 2108

At 1646 hours, the Union Fire Company No.1 and Medic 94 were alerted to the 3400 block of Newark Rd in Upper Oxford for the Motor Vehicle Collision reported serious.

Ambulance 21-2 marked on-scene to confirm a two vehicle, head-on accident.

Rescue 21 arrived and took a blocking position. The crew deployed lighting and secured hazards from the vehicles.

Both Ambulances transported to the local hospital and Station 21 Fire Police maintained a closure of Rt 896 for the duration of the incident.

Captain 21 held the "Route 896 Command".
