On Tuesday, January 6th, at 12:30 hours, The Fire Company was dispatched to the area of 1570 Baltimore Pike for the report of a Motor Vehicle Crash. Rescue 21 and Ambulance 21-3 arrived on scene to find a single vehicle crash with all occupants out of the vehicle. A moving van had slid on the ice and snow covered road, left the roadway and struck the sign to Lincoln University at the corner of Baltimore Pike and Ashmun Ave. Rescue 21 stabilized the vehicle and assisted the State Police with traffic control. Ambulance 21-3 transported one patient to the hospital with minor injuries.
