Just after 16:30 hours on Monday afternoon, Engine 21-2 & Tanker 21 were dispatched to assist the Cochranville Fire Comapny on a vehicle fire that was towing a trailer with hay bales on it.

Chief 27 arrived with a fully involved truck and trailer hauling hay bales and nearby exposures that were being threatened, with this an additional Engine & Tanker were requested.

Tanker 21 ( FF Jacobson ) Arrived on scene and supplied Tanker 27 ( Cochranville ) with a total of 6,000 gallons of high quality H2O. While also assisting Engine 27-2 with fire attack.

Engine 21-2 ( Safety Officer Stewart ) Arrived on scene and helped relieve the initial crews with flowing water and stopping the spread of the fire.

Units were in service for just over 2 hours before returning available.
