Station 57 Box Alarm

On Sunday afternoon, the Union Fire Company No 1 was alerted for an Engine and the Tanker to assist Lancaster County Station 57 (Quarryville) on a House Fire on Woodside Drive in Colerain Township.

Engine 21-2 went responding with a crew of 4 and arrived with Engine 57-4. Each Engine crew pulled an attack line and went interior to extinguish the fire that had already vented through the roof.

Ladder 21 and Tanker 21 made the response, with the Ladder crew working inside the house as well.

Additional arriving units assisted with extinguishing the fire and opening up the ceilings and walls.

During this incident, 2 Auto Accidents were handled in the First Due.

All 21 units were clear of the scene within 2 hours.
