2022 Company Banquet

On Saturday evening, the Annual Company Banquet was held at The Barn of Nottingham, marking the first time the event was held since 2019 due to Covid.

The evening began with Happy Hour and Hors d'oeuvres, followed by a meal of crab cakes and prime rib catered by Wesley's.

Members of the department, community leaders and representatives of surrounding mutual aid companies enjoyed their time together.

The awards portion of the evening consisted of the following:

**Of these members, the top 6 made more than 50% of the fire responses for the year 2021.

Rookie of the Year: Eddy Chavez.

Fire Prevention Award: Steve Kern.

Community Partner Award: Chew's Towing.

Firefighter of the Year: Zach Holmes.

Congratulations to all of our members who received awards and to everyone for their dedicated service to Oxford and the surrounding communities.

**Special thanks to Cecil Engine 813 (Rising Sun, MD) and Longwood Ladder 25 for proving standby coverage during the event. They responded to 1 call during this time, an accident on Baltimore Pike in Lower Oxford Township.
