Shortly after 3am, Union Firefighters were alerted for a vehicle fire in the 100 block of Midland Drive in Oxford Borough. Engine 21-2 quickly responded with 6 firefighters and arrived to find a passenger car fully engulfed in flames. The crew, under the direction of Lt. Kane, stretched an 1 3/4” hand line and made quick work of the fire. Oxford Borough Police and the Chester County Fire Marshal’s Office are investigating.
