Just before 2:30am today, Union Fire Company and EMS responded to a report of a vehicle crash in the 400 block of University Road in Upper Oxford Township. Units arrived to find a single vehicle accident with one victim out of the vehicle. The victim was evaluated by EMS and refused care. PSP-Avondale Troopers are investigating the crash.
