On Saturday 9/14 members of the Union Fire Company No 1 participated in live burn training at the West Chester Fire Training Facility. Members reviewed fire behavior, then worked on honing their skills in hoseline management and fire suppression.

At the same time as this training 5 members of the fire company attended “firefighter survival” and 2 members started their “Firefighter 1” training at the Chester County Public Safety Training Center,
