Little Britain Barn Fire

In the early morning hours of Thursday, August 29, 2019 the Union Fire Company No. 1 was dispatched to assist the Robert Fulton Fire Company (LanCo 89) on a working barn fire. Ladder 21 (Lt Vatanza) responded to the scene as 1st due truck and assisted with suppression, placing the ladder pipe in service. Engine 21-2 (FF B. Slauch) was utilized for water supply, drafting out of a nearby pond to fill numerous tankers. Tanker 21 (Dep. Obenchain) hauled numerous loads of water to the fire scene.

Members were in service for almost 6 hours.
