Request for bids is open for a period of 7 calendar days from the posting on the Union Fire Company No. 1 website www.oxfordfire.com.

(38) SCBA that are 2013 (or newer) NFPA 1981 complaint as described herein.

(64) Cylinders as described herein.

Bid shall include:

1. All shipping, handling, assembly, setup, and training at the Union Fire Company No. 1, 315 Market St , Oxford, Pa 19363 shall be  included in bid.
2. Full Manufacturer Warranty on all components including but not limited to the SCBA, SCBA frame and cylinders.  Warranty shall be effect for 10 years from the date of delivery to the Union Fire Company No. 1.
3. Upfit of the Union Fire Company No. 1’s current RevolveAir cascade system and compressor to allow for 5500psi cylinders. This shall include any required upgrades to the compressor, cylinders, fragmentation chambers, plumbing, controls, valves, wiring, connections, hoses and/or any other components..
4. A SCBA in-service shall be provided by manufacturer representative at Union Fire Company No. 1, MidTown Station, at a time and date convenient to the Union Fire Company No. 1.
5. All SCBA masks shall be NFPA1981-2013 or greater compliant.  Masks shall include a Kevlar lined, 4-strap harness.  Masks shall be sized, Medium, or approved equivalent.
6. SCBA frame shall weigh 15 pounds or less.  Breathing air system shall include a dual redundant regulator, waist mounted Dual EBSS or approved equivalent breathing support system, Heads up display  or approved equivalent  RIT/RIC connection and low air alarms.  Spring-clip harness for SCBA cylinders, standard belt and.  spring adjustable or approved equivalent shoulder straps.  SCPA shall be NFPA1981-2013 or greater complaint.
7. Cylinders shall be carbon fiber wrapped 5500psi / 45-minute cylinder with standard thread valve.  Include Union Fire Company No. 1 logo and Cylinder number shall be included in the cylinder wrapping.
8. All materials and equipment provided shall be new and unused.

Bids must be received no later than 1700 hours on the 7^th calendar day following posting. 

The Union Fire Company No. 1 reserves the right to reject any and all bids.
