At 0850 hours, the Union Fire Company No. 1 and Medic 94 (SCCEMS) were alerted for a reported car into a building with a person struck at ATI Physical Therapy in the 200 block of South Third Street in the Oxford Borough. Reports stated that a car drove through the rear wall of the building and struck a person inside.

Ambulance 21-1 arrived and began patient assessments. It was determined that Advance Life Support would not be needed and Medic 94-1 and Medic 94-2 were cancelled.

Rescue 21 (Past Chief R. Terry) arrived and the crew checked the building for structural damage and any possible electrical or gas issues and the "South Third Street Command" was established.

Engine 21-4 (FF Messaros) and Engine 21-1 (Chief Engineer Ruoss) arrived, sending their crews into the scene to assist with securing the hazards and evacuating the building.

Tools were used to removed the building materials from off of and around the vehicle. Chew's Towing was then able to pull the car out of the building and onto the rollback.

UGI was requested to respond to secure the gas service to the building.

EMS crews confirmed that there were no injuries and no transports necessary.

The final units were clear of the incident 0930 hours.
