Fire Box 834

At 0149 hours, the Union Fire Company No. 1 was alerted for two Engines to assist the Community Fire Company of Rising Sun (8) on a reported House on fire on Dogwood Lane off of McGrady Road in the Principio section of Cecil County, Maryland.

Units arrived to find a 2-story house heavily involved in fire and Command requested the Tanker Task Force, adding Tanker 21 to the assignment.

The responding Engine crews assisted at the scene with fire suppression, salvage, and overhaul operations. Tanker 21 hauled several loads of water throughout the duration of the incident.

The final Oxford units were clear of the scene at 0531 hours.
