On Friday afternoon the Ladder and Ambulance attended an appreciation event at The Oxford Church of the Nazarene. The local church hosted a week long camp for children and The Union Fire Company No. 1 was invited to attend regarding emergency services to the community. A banner of multiple cards was created by the children and presented to The Union Fire Company No. 1. After the banner was presented, the apparatus was displayed for viewing and the residents to explore the gear, tools and ask questions.
